All questionsWhat happens if the internet goes down?
We design for local-first operation wherever it's practical. Your system is controlled by a hub inside your home, so automations, local controls and camera detection can keep working without the internet when a reliable local option exists. Checking in from outside the home does need an internet connection.
How much does a smart-home system cost?
Smart home projects are customized to your home and requirements, so we don't sell fixed packages or publish one-size prices. Cost depends on your home, the number and types of devices, which existing devices can be integrated, your security and automation needs, networking and dashboards, and installation and support. Tell us about your space, devices and goals, and we'll prepare a personalized quote.
Can you work with devices and brands I already have?
Often, yes — you may not need to replace them. Compatible devices can often be integrated, but not every device can be. We'll assess your existing equipment before your quotation and recommend what to keep, replace or add.
